Rebel Tuition –
Terms & Conditions Summary

Tuition and bookings
We offer 1:1 individual tuition, 1:2 paired tuition and, where available, small-group tuition. All standard sessions last 80 minutes. Your subject, tutor, schedule, location and fees will be confirmed before tuition begins.

Payments
Ongoing tuition may be paid by monthly Direct Debit. Where an annualised fee is agreed, payments are spread across 11 months, with August excluded. Monthly fees maintain the student's reserved tuition place and are not based solely on attendance in each calendar month.

Fixed-term packages, such as GCSE preparation, are priced according to the agreed number of sessions. Depending on the package, payment may be made upfront or through agreed monthly instalments.

Cancellation

We require 30 days' written notice to cancel ongoing tuition. Tuition fees remain payable during the notice period.
If tuition ends part-way through an annualised payment arrangement, we will calculate a final account based on the agreed arrangement, tuition delivered, the applicable notice period and payments already received. Any credit or outstanding balance will be settled fairly.

Fixed-term package cancellations are handled in accordance with the agreed package terms and applicable consumer rights. Statutory cancellation rights may apply to bookings made online or at a distance.
Attendance and rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting a change to a session. Rescheduling depends on tutor availability and is usually not possible for 1:2 paired tuition. Missed sessions will normally remain chargeable because the tutor's time and the student's place have been reserved.

Parent or guardian handover
If you wish to receive a brief handover from the tutor, please arrive five minutes before the end of the 80-minute session. More detailed discussions may need to be arranged separately.

Tutor cancellations
If a tutor cannot attend, we will first seek suitable alternative cover. If this is unavailable, we will offer a replacement session where possible. If neither option can be provided, an appropriate credit or refund will be given for the session not delivered.
Conduct and safeguarding

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable instructions. We are committed to safeguarding children and may suspend or terminate tuition where necessary to protect students, staff or others. Immediate action may be taken where there is a serious safeguarding or safety concern.

Learning materials and privacy
Learning materials are for personal educational use unless otherwise agreed. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Feedback and complaints
Please refer to our Complaints Policy. Formal complaints should be sent to contact@rebeltraining.co. We aim to respond within seven working days or explain when a fuller response can be expected.
