OUR GOAL FOR
B-CORP PENDING.

One of our objectives within the first year is to become Pending B-Corp

Pending B Corp is a provisional status for startups with less than 12 months of operations. It allows them to integrate B Corp principles into their business before qualifying for full B Corp Certification.

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Integrating these standards into all aspects of our operations - our Articles of Association, governance, policies, procedures, and profit.

MEET THE FOUNDER

After nearly 20 years of working in the education and social sector using trauma-informed practices, our founder Joanne Vertannes launched a new independent training service.

This service combines her skills, passions, and beliefs in equality of opportunity, and is founded on the key concept of learning and resilience as a tool for personal and vocational growth.
