ABOUT REBEL IMPACT HUB
Rebel Impact Hub offers a dynamic alternative to traditional education, inspiring participants to take charge of their learning and make meaningful contributions to their community.
Designed to meet people of all ages where they are, we provide a flexible, choice-driven environment that fosters confidence, reduces the risk of disengagement, and empowers students to reach their full potential.
In a flexible, supportive environment, students engage in Enterprise and Social Action projects -leading community initiatives, campaigning for social causes and learning new skills to further their volunteering roles and make a difference.
This hands-on approach builds confidence, nurtures talents, and develops real-world skills. With opportunities to lead, problem-solve, and contribute, students gain a sense of purpose, develop their CVs, and prepare for education, employment, and future success.

HOW WE RUN THE PROJECT
Education with an Impact
Rebel Impact Hub runs during the school term.
Our Impact hub for alternative provision students runs on weekdays for 13 - 18 years. Often taken alongside Core Tuition we deliver in small ratios of 1:3 - 3:9 for our alternative provision students.
Our Impact Hub for Home Ed students runs during term-time on Fridays from 10 am - 2.30 pm. Further week days and a an Impact Hub for ages 8 - 12 will soon be available.
01
Self-driven projects on issues that matter to our young people.
Rebel Impact Hub is driven by a belief in young voices and self-led projects. We empower our youth to explore issues that ignite their passions and support them in turning ideas into reality. Through practical sessions in areas like market analysis, community engagement, financial forecasting, strategic decision-making, digital design and website development, they gain the confidence and skills to transform visions into actionable plans.
02
Opportunities for work experience supporting local charities in need.
We partner with Swindon charities, offering vital pro-bono services while providing hands-on experience in content creation, marketing, and teamwork. Young people build meaningful CV portfolios that reflect their abilities as they work on fundraising and community projects, gaining purpose and a sense of impact. Additional placements, such as gardening and trade skills, offer further pathways for growth.

AQA UNIT AWARD SCHEME
The AQA Unit Award Scheme (UAS) is a flexible and personalised program that acts as a gateway for learners to unlock their potential and achieve formal recognition for their achievements in diverse subjects and skills. Designed to inspire students of all ages and abilities, the UAS offers an empowering and accessible pathway for individuals to showcase their accomplishments and ignite their continuing passion for learning.
Each unit specifies distinct learning outcomes and associated activities, and students receive professionally recognised certificates upon successful completion. This structure is particularly advantageous for those who flourish in customised educational settings, as it offers incremental recognition that can significantly boost motivation and engagement.
At Rebel Impact Hub, we harness the power of the UAS to empower students to learn skills in Business and Enterprise, Brand and Marketing, Financial Planning, Employability, and Community Engagement. Our program aligns learning with hands-on, meaningful experiences that resonate with students’ interests and aspirations. Furthermore, the flexibility of the UAS allows us to create bespoke units tailored to individual journeys, including transformative work experience projects that make a real difference in the community.
The AQA Unit Award Scheme (UAS) offers units across a wide range of levels to accommodate learners of varying abilities and needs, from Entry Levels to Level 3 (Advanced) equivalent to A-level standard and often suitable for learners in post-16 education or those preparing for higher-level study.
The flexibility of the UAS allows students to receive formal recognition of their achievements, regardless of their age or academic ability.
