Our Wellbeing Hub

Located in Old Town, our Wellbeing Hub is a relaunch of Jo's 2018/2019 Yoga and Create Place classes. Rebel Wellbeing is an inclusive alternative provision for schools and a personalised learning option for home educators, offering universal support for all ages and abilities. After-school and a School Holiday Club will soon be open to the wider community.

Current Alternative Provision Services:

  • 1:1 and group classes in yoga, mindfulness, therapeutic art, youth-led drama, creative games, emotional literacy

  • Nurture Groups, 1:1 Wellbeing Interventions

  • Spiritual, Moral, Social, and Cultural (SMSC) education

  • PSHE / RSHE

  • Beliefs and Values, Citizenship, Religious Studies and Philosophy. ​

Launching January

After - School Wellbeing Club

£47.77 Per month

Equivalent to £8.98 per hour 

PAY AS YOU GO: £14 per session

​

  • 1.5-hour weekly session for all ages 4 - 16 years 

​

  • Mondays or Thursdays, Term time only + rescheduling options for bank holidays or refund

​

  • Yoga, mindfulness, therapeutic art and creative activities

​

  • Youth-led drama, dance and wellbeing projects 

​

  • Concessions available. 


Duration: 1.5 hours

4 - 5.30 pm

Equivalent to £11.75 per hour

  • Children under can only attend a 4-hour session per day.

  • Leadership opportunities for 12 - 16 year olds

  • Wrap-around childcare for 5  years + 

​​

  • Nature walks and seasonal celebrations

​

  • Special events/trips at an additional fee

Duration: 16 Core hours over Christmas

One to one Mental Health Support 

As an alternative to counselling or long waiting lists for TAMHS/CAMHS, we offer one-to-one support using nurture practice, solution-focused coaching, and therapeutic art to help children and young people struggling with their well-being and mental health. ​

​

There is also the opportunity to work towards completing the Level 1 Developing Resilience Award.
