Clubs and classes that really make a difference to children's wellbeing


Our Wellbeing Hub
Located in Old Town, our Wellbeing Hub is a relaunch of Jo's 2018/2019 Yoga and Create Place classes. Rebel Wellbeing is an inclusive alternative provision for schools and a personalised learning option for home educators, offering universal support for all ages and abilities. After-school and a School Holiday Club will soon be open to the wider community.

One to one Mental Health Support
As an alternative to counselling or long waiting lists for TAMHS/CAMHS, we offer one-to-one support using nurture practice, solution-focused coaching, and therapeutic art to help children and young people struggling with their well-being and mental health. ​
​
There is also the opportunity to work towards completing the Level 1 Developing Resilience Award.
